I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you log in to your mail.com account in a web browser, the browser usually saves the typed password automatically. One way to recall a password is to check the saved logins in the browser – we have included instructions for the most common browser types below. If you cannot locate your saved password, it may be necessary to reset your password using our password recovery process.

Can't remember your password? Your browser probably does. If you usually save your passwords in your browser, chances are good you can still retrieve it.

1. Click the menu icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Privacy & Security and scroll down to Logins and Passwords.
4. Click Saved Logins...
   The Firefox password manager opens in a new tab.
5. If you need to narrow down the list, enter mail.com in the search field.
6. In the list on the right, click the appropriate entry.
7. Click the eye icon.
